ATTENTION ALL RESIDENTS:
Effective immediately, today marks the first official day that holiday decorations may be displayed in accordance with EMWV Security and HOA regulations.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Only decorations for HOA-approved winter holidays are permitted. No exceptions.
All decorations must comply with the following guidelines:
- Decorative items must be limited to HOA-approved winter holidays only
- All displays must adhere to established safety protocols
- Decorations must not obstruct walkways, driveways, or security access points
- Timely removal is required at the conclusion of the approved holiday period
