Official designated security patrol and compliance enforcement for the East Mountain West View community.
Established to maintain order, document infractions, and ensure total adherence to community bylaws. Patrols are conducted daily. Compliance is mandatory.
Operational Directives
The Security Team operates under a strict mandate to identify, document, and deter any activity that violates established community standards.
Surveillance
Active monitoring of all common areas and street-facing properties. Patrols are randomized to maximize coverage.
Documentation
Every incident is logged with timestamp, location, and severity classification. Records are permanent.
Enforcement
Violations result in immediate issuance of a Notice of Non-Compliance. Escalation procedures are fully codified.

View Enforcement ProtocolsPatrol Operations
Daily vehicular and foot patrols. Times are varied to prevent pattern recognition by violators.
Garage Door Status
Doors must remain closed when not in active use. Open doors will be logged after 15 minutes.
Visitor Logging
All non-resident vehicles parked on streets for more than 2 hours are documented and cross-referenced.
Regulatory Adherence
Verification of lawn height, refuse container placement, and unauthorized exterior modifications.
